Magnesite

Raw magnesite is one of the main raw materials of the Slovak Republic , deposits of which are estimated for at least 100 years and are located in the region between Kosice and Lucenec along a 160 km stretch. With its resources of raw magnesite, Slovakia is among the richest in Europe, being 4th in the world ranking and owning the largest magnesite mine in Europe . The history of Slovak magnesite mining goes back to the end of 19th century, meaning a long tradition of this sector. The production of magnesite is exported to more than 30 countries and four continents all over the world.

Silica

More than 50 years of history and tradition at plants in the Czech and Slovak republics, and with its own rich sources of silica, constitute the basis for long term cooperation in the supply of silica products (shaped/unshaped).

High alumina

Nearly 100 years of tradition and production at plants in the Czech and Slovak republics is an excellent requisite for cooperation with end – users in their production (shaped and unshaped) based on alumina, andalusite, mullite and corundum. In terms of the volume of production the plants is one of the largest producers in Europe.
