UPZ - universal filling equipment The Universal filling equipment UPZ is determined to fill aircraft systems with compressed gases (nitrogen, oxygen, air) with the possibility of simultaneous filling from two independent panels which have their own hose hatches. The equipment is located on a universal flatbed chassis. The equipment enables for gaseous regulation of the filling pressure:
The UPZ is constructed in its own body work a container, which is in the lower part equipped with clamping components for stabilization on a flatbed truck. The equipment is composed of gas tanks, a main control panel, two independent panles for filling aircraft systems and filling equipment. The gas tank comprises of pressure flasks united to two sectors located in the lower part of the container. The panel system contains all pressure components and pressure distribution. The main panel is located in the front part of the container and on it are located operating valves, manometers, connection to filling equipment and panel switches illuminating the separate working places. Distribution panels are located on the side of the machine and are equipped with manometers, operating valve and distribution boxes/depots. The gas installation system panel safeguards the filling of the equipments’ pressure flasks in both sections and the inlet of gases from the section through reduction valves to the distribution boxes. The distribution boxes are located in the back part of the equipment and contain the distribution cabinet and high pressure distribution hoses with filling valve. The hoses are placed on winding spikes. |
