Kerametal - Mobile command post

ALIGATOR 4x4 - Mobile command post is an amphibious wheeled light armoured vehicle (LAV) designed as a command post at the tactical level of command and intended:

to conduct missions in daytime, nightime and under adverse climatic conditions,
to feature high mobility and manoeuvrability capabilities and to clear diverse types of man-made and natural obstacles and barriers, including water obstacles through fording and swimming,
to offer protective defences against the effects of weapons of mass destruction as part of its standard fitting,
to carry an add-on armour kit, protecting the crew against the effects of small arms, grenades and anti-personnel mines,
to provide air-, sea- and rail-transportable applications,
to secure communications with superior and subordinate levels of command through communications systems,
to seat four crewmembers.

ALIGATOR 4x4 - Mobile command post has been incorporated into the inventory of the Slovak Armed Forces.
